   1.1. “Unifi Credit” means Unifi Credit (PTY) Ltd (“us” “we” or “Unifi Credit) trading as Unifi Credit. We are a registered Credit Provider (Credit Provider Number: NCRCP4849) in terms of the National Credit Act No. 34 of 2005.

   1.3. "User/s, You, Your or Yourself " means any person accessing any part of this website.
