Just our way of saying “thank you” to our loyal clients whose payments are up to date. Imagine the relief of having your entire loan written off until there’s an outstanding balance of R0, no more payments, no more stress, just a little extra breathing room.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. What is “Excuse My Loan”?

It’s a special Unifi campaign where we randomly select clients with up-to-date payments and completely excuse their full loan balance. No forms, no catch, just a big “thank you” from us.

2. Why does Unifi do this?

We believe in rewarding our clients who take care of their accounts.

Your consistent, on-time payments help us keep doing what we do best: offering quick, reliable loans when you need them most.

3. When does Unifi do this?

This year, Excuse My Loan is running in September, helping to take the financial stress out of the month. We may run it at other times during the year, so keeping your payments up  ensures you’re always in the running.

4. Who qualifies to win?

Only existing Unifi clients whose accounts are fully up to date are entered into the draw. That means no missed payments or arrears at the time of selection.

5. How will I know if I’ve won?

If you’re selected, you’ll get a direct call from Unifi. This year we’re also teaming up with Metro FM, and they’ll call a few winners during their afternoon drive time show. Keep your phones close and remember the phrase that pays: “How can Unifi make life easy?” The answer is: “Excuse My Loan.”

6. Do I need to enter?

Nope! If you’re a Unifi client and your payments are up to date, you’re already in the running, no entry needed.

7. What happens if I win?

Your loan balance will immediately be excused in full. That means, you won’t need to make any further payments on that loan and you can put that money towards whatever matters most to you.
