Responsibilities
Client Limit Management:
- Maintain and test scorecards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Support the development of credit policy proposals and scorecard enhancements.
- Analyse test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Effectively communicate analytical findings both in writing and presentations.
- Translate business challenges into structured analysis with clear insights.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Develop robust competencies in SAS and SQL to enhance analysis and reporting.
General:
- Confidently engage with internal clients, discussing findings and recommendations.
- Display strong numerical skills and coding abilities to solve complex problems.
- Gain a foundational understanding of data warehouses and data structures to support analysis.
Requirements:
- A degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Passion for working in Africa and an eagerness to contribute in a developing world context.
