Role Purpose

We are looking for energetic individual with a good understanding of customer service principles, debt collection and recoveries best practices to lead our recoveries team. 

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead the team to follow up and encourage clients to make timely loan repayments and/ or negotiate payment plans
• Establish repayment schedules, monitoring repayment of debts, and adherence by debtors to instalment schedules. 
• Devise and manage recovery strategies
• Manage the admin and delivery of all legal documents 
• Document and manage all call information according to standard operating procedures 
• Answer incoming calls and respond to clients queries 
• Complete call logs and reports
• Maintain thriving relationships with customers and stakeholders. 
• Manage the recoveries team
• Make Unifi a fun place to work!

Requirements

• Appropriate degree
• Management experience in leading a team
• Debt collection / Recoveries experience
