Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Centre Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve customer issues
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer information and interactions
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
