Role Purpose

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Meet and Greeter. The primary responsibility of this role is to warmly welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees as they enter our premises. The Meet and Greeter will also be responsible for directing guests to the appropriate person or department, answering general inquiries, and providing information about our organization. In addition, the Meet and Greeter may be required to assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
• Direct guests to the appropriate person or department
• Provide information about our organization and answer general inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate person
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
