Contract Duration
Three (3) months contract

The Role:
The Recoveries team is seeking individuals to assist with follow-ups on clients with
outstanding debts. Please note that this is a field-based role, not an office position, although
maintaining accurate administrative records is still essential. Collaboration and teamwork
within the Recoveries department are also key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
 Conduct daily field visits to follow up on overdue client repayments.
 Engage professionally with clients to recover outstanding debts.
 Negotiate and finalize in-person repayment plans with clients.
 Accurately document daily recoveries and client interactions.
 Monitor and ensure adherence to established repayment plans.
 Provide the Recoveries department with updates, risks, and field findings.
 Collaborate with branch and operations teams to optimize field recovery efforts.
Requirements
 Diploma in any business course
 One year experience
 Experience in Debt collection
 Must know how to ride a boda boda (motorbike)
 Must have a boda boda boda (motorbike) license
