The Role

We are looking for a candidate to join a robust Operations team that is charged with ensuring the smooth running of our branch operations including systems, facilities, recruitment, training and monitoring of customer-facing branch staff as well as supporting the call centre and management team. The ideal candidate must combine a variety of skills applicable to the industry, including strategic thinking, customer service, problem solving, leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

1. Support and monitor the branch team to achieve set targets
2. Measure and enhance customer experience 
3. Ensure continuous staff training and performance management
4. Support in client growth activities to ensure consistent growth 
5. Implement the HR policies and ensure proper staffing in all branches
6. Maintain good stakeholder relationship with relevant parties
7. Support the Management team and assist in the execution of company strategy
8. Daily close monitoring of all branch operations and activities
9. Contribute to the growth of Unifi Uganda as a key player in the Ugandan microfinance industry
