To maximize debt recovery by engaging debtors, negotiating sustainable repayment solutions, and monitoring adherence to agreed payment plans. The role is responsible for ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, resolving collection-related queries, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve recovery targets while delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities
•Contact debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to negotiate and secure repayment arrangements.
•Review contracts and supporting documentation to assess liability and determine recoverability.
•Negotiate amicable debt settlement solutions based on individual case circumstances.
•Establish, monitor, and enforce adherence to agreed repayment schedules.
•Maintain consistent and professional communication with debtors and stakeholders.
•Track, analyze, and report on recoveries performance and statistics.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize the collections process.
•Resolve collection-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and communications.

Requirements
•Diploma in any business course
•One year’s experience in debt collection and related fieldwork activities.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with debtors.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
•Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues related to debt recovery.
•Should be able to frequently juggle multiple tasks and priorities while providing multiple innovative solutions and improved solutions where needed.
