Purpose of the role

The Recoveries team is seeking individuals to assist with follow-ups on clients with outstanding debts. Please note that this is a field-based role, not an office position, although maintaining accurate administrative records is still essential. Collaboration and teamwork within the Recoveries department are also key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to follow up on overdue client repayments.
• Engage professionally with clients to recover outstanding debts.
• Negotiate and finalize in-person repayment plans with clients.
• Accurately document daily recoveries and client interactions.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to established repayment plans.
• Provide the Recoveries department with updates, risks, and field findings.
• Maintain professional company representation and positive client relationships.
• Collaborate with branch and operations teams to optimize field recovery efforts.

Requirements

• Diploma in any business course
• One year experience
• Experience in Debt collection
• Must know how to ride a boda boda (motorbike)
• Must have a boda boda boda (motorbike) license
